I'm a VITA certified coach, not a licensed therapist.
Therapy typically focuses on on processing the past and mental health diagnosis.
Coaching is about moving forward, reconnecting with who you are, what you want, and how you want to live. It desire-based coaching which means we use your desires as the roadmap. What you want matters. It's not selfish, it's the key to finding yourself again.
This work is also body-based, not just talk-based. We're not sitting in your head analyzing. We're getting you back in your body: feeling, moving, releasing, reconnecting.
Therapy and coaching can work beautifully together. If you're currently in therapy, this can complement that work. If you're in active crisis, I'd recommend connecting with a licensed therapist first.

Most women who come to this work have been so busy managing everyone else's needs that they've completely lost touch with their own. Not knowing what you want isn't a problem, it's the starting point.

And honestly? The work translates beautifully to virtual. This work doesn't require us to be in the same room—it requires you to be present with yourself.
All you need is a quiet, private space where you can be yourself. I'll be right there with you, through the screen, holding the space.

This first session is about landing in the space, in your body, in the truth of where you are right now. Noticing what's present for you.
We'll talk about what brought you here. What's been missing. What you're longing for. Where you feel stuck, lost, or disconnected.
And we'll begin—gently—to reconnect you with yourself. Your body. Your desires. I'll introduce you to the body-based practices that will guide our work together.
No preparation needed. Just show up as you are.

This space is sacred. What you share stays between us, your words, your story, your tears, your truth.
